Speckled Bottle, October 2007

- Wheel Thrown
- White Stoneware
- Fired in wood firing mentioned in my journal

The only glaze is the black satin glaze on the rim and part of the neck. The rest of the colors were created by the flame and the wood ash in the kiln.

This was fired on it's side. It's hillarious, the glaze actually started to drip off the rim and then froze in place. It almost looks like a black pouring spout but it is solid glaze. That particular picture didn't turn out as nice so I didn't upload it. Maybe I should stick it in scraps.
